READ: Matthew 3:11-17 or Story 83 in the Gospel Story Bible

MAIN POINT: Jesus was baptized. God was pleased with him.

ASK: Who was baptized in today’s story? Jesus.

ASK: Who descended from heaven like a dove after the baptism? The Holy Spirit.

ASK: Who spoke from heaven? God the Father. What did he say? This is my Son. I love him. I am pleased with him.
